Cooking Classes at "Le Capanne"
Let's cook in Toscana is an oasis of peace where you can rejuvenate your senses.
Located in the heat of Tuscany, "Le Capanne"is surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards and olive trees and steeped in Etruscan and Medieval history.
The cooking classes and the dinner are held in the Restautant "L'Angolo delle Capanne" inside the hotel. During the hands-on cooking lessons you will have the chance to prepare some authentic Italian Homemade Pasta dishes in an informal and friendly environment, and will learn the passion of the Italian kitchen. Our Italian (English-speaking) Leonardo Chef, will guide you through the preparation of simple but delicious Italian Homemade Pasta recipes and will reveal some of her culinary secrets.

The Cooking class is by appointment only, with a day's notice, from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 participants.
Schedule: from 3.00 PM to 5.30 PM
Cost € 60.00 per person*. Includes, in addition to the course itself, the dinner with the following menu:
- Small Entrée Welcome
- Homemmade Pasta prepared by you the same afternoon with 3 different types of sauces
- Cantucci and Vin Santo Wine, Wather, Chianti 2012 "Fattoria La Striscia" in Arezzo and Coffee
* Ability to choose the cards other dishes on our menu, with supplement.
